Adding a Tag in TrackTime24 allows you to establish a structure in the company. With its help, you can mark an employee with the department to which they belongs, but also add labels for other subgroups within your organization, e.g. an employee of a given POS, an employee with a given form of employment, former employee, etc.

Tags

To understand the scope of each of the existing tags:

Go to the Team tab.
In the panel on the left, find the TAGS section.
Select Manage from the menu hidden under the three dots.
Click on the tag you want to know details about.

Defining your own tags
The main administrator of the account in TrackTime24 (and people who have been granted such permission) can define their own tags. To do this:

Go to the Team tab.
In the panel on the left, find the TAGS section.
Select Manage from the menu hidden under the three dots.
Click the "Add" button.
Name and complete the description (optional) of the new tag. You can also choose the color of the label with which employees with this tag will be marked.
From the list, select the permissions that you want to assign to the created tag. Move the slider next to the selected permission so that it turns blue - this will mean that the person who receives this tag will have access to the selected functionality in TrackTime24.
When done, click SAVE.

Tag assignment or change to a single employee:
After creating a new tag, you can assign it to an employee. To do this:

Go to the TEAM view.
Click on the selected employee.
In the Profile tab, find the Tags section and select an appropriate tag from the list.
If you do not find the correct tag on the list, from this level you can add a new one by clicking the link Manage.
Click the SAVE button.

Assigning or changing the tag to many employees at the same time:
In the new version of TrackTime24, you can add and change tags for multiple employees at once. To add the same tag to more than one person:

Go to the TEAM view.
Select the boxes to the left of the names of the employees to whom you want to assign or change the tag.
From the three dot menu in the upper right corner of the main screen, select "Group Actions".
From the list of available group actions, select the option "Set / Clear tag" and select the appropriate tag from the list.
If you want to replace the existing tags of the selected employees, check the "Overwrite existing tag settings" option.
Click the SAVE button.

Attention! The permissions can only be assigned to the TrackTime24 user who has an e-mail address assigned to them in the system.
